After thoroughly diving into research and interviews, I created personas with three different demographics, characteristics, their needs and goals for the Less Wedding Dress Stress app.

These personas are in relation to the interview results.

tRENDY FUTURE bRIDE

  • Lylah is really bad at choosing what to wear because she cares about her followers feedback.

  • Lylah does not know what designer to go with because she has so many to choose from.

  • Lylah can choose any brand she wants because the brands just want her promote their brand on her social media.

  • Lylah has a hard time finding clothes to fit because she is subconscious about her stick-like figure.

NEEDS

  • Find out what dress styles that flatter her body type

  • Narrow her list of brands

  • Be able to connect with her friends

  • Share her ideas privately

  • Connect with her other social media platforms

  • Ann needs to be able to pick the materials of the dress she chooses.

NEEDS

  • Find a wedding dress that flatters her body type

  • Receive notifications about the status of her wedding dress

  • Be able to pay safely for her dress

  • Be able to communicate with the Wedding Dress Provider
